Conference of Cultural Policy Research Network

Abstract

The meeting started on 12 September with an emphasis on resources for arts education. EDUCULT invited international project partners and interested parties to workshops and discussions for the „European Arts Education Fact Finding Mission“. On the 13 September the day began with a speech by Oliver Scheytt from Ruhr.2010 on “Cultural Education as a Topic for Cultural  Policy Research”. This was  followed by an open discussion on state of the science in cultural policy research  on arts education. EDUCULT thanks the Mercator Stiftung, which supported the meeting generously. The next network meeting will be held in Switzerland 2011.
