Interactive methods encourage the creativity and innovation of project participants, and open up space for collective learning and creative work. Through the examination of different perspectives and experiences, participating actors are encouraged to learn about different real experiences and to exchange with others in the group.
But how can interactive methods of evaluation be translated to digitial workshops, trainings, or other projects? Which methods, tools, and softwares are best used for this purpose? Last year, we supported the creation of an analog evalution mehod, and now we are working to convert this to the digital world.
In order to do this we are conducting research and interviews with project managers to learn about their needs and experiences. Then we will test various possibilities for evaluation. The most effective methods for digital implementation will be put into a handout, in the form of a toolkit which will then be presented to the client.
