Werkraum Schöpflin
Evaluation
For over ten years, Werkraum Schöpflin has been offering a wide range of cultural events and workshops for children, young people and adults, including theatre, readings, workshops and discussions to reflect on social issues and promote creative education.
The evaluation of Werkraum Schöpflin aims to establish contact with stakeholders and target groups and to record their assessments, expectations and critical comments. As part of the analysis, statements can be made in connection with the objectives of the Werkraum Schöpflin, conclusions can be drawn about the design of the programme and its impact, and recommendations for further development can be formulated.
Methodologically, the evaluation follows the Theory of Change. The Theory of Change (ToC) is an evaluation approach that links the planned activities and resources of a project with expected short and long-term effects. It helps to hierarchise objectives and structure the evaluation process. The ToC of the Werkraum Schöpflin is developed, evaluated and strengthened in six steps. This enables continuous reflection and evaluation of the project’s impact chains.
