The crow frozen.
The branch broken.
The sun coming down.
The sound of the spruce tree throwing its shadow.
The sound of the lake hardening.
The sound of a darkening sky.
The hard earth repeating its syllables:
mineral, mineral, mineral.
What you call: time.
No wind in the forest.
No air in the ice.
At the edge of each season you are re-
arranged and your name never changes.

Eva Yurková
*1996, Svitavy (Tschechische Republik)
Eva Yurková beschäftigt sich mit Druckgrafik und arbeitet oft mit textilen Formen und Strukturen, die sie miteinander kombiniert.
Seit Herbst 2016 lebt sie in Wien und studiert in der Klasse für Grafik und Druckgrafik von Professor Jan Svenungsson an der Universität für angewandte Kunst.
