Helena Deiß studied education at the University of Vienna. Before joining Educult she was employed as project assistant at the University of Vienna in various projects and working fields at the Department of Education and at the Centre for Teacher Education. Her research interests include flight and migration, multilingualism, social inequalities, inclusive education and lifelong learning. Her expertise lies primarily in qualitative social research and in reconstructive evaluation strategies. Helena Deiß is also active as german course trainer in the association „the Connection“ – an organization for young refugees.
