Marlene Kalnein studied Turcology/Middle Eastern studies and German as a foreign and second language at the University of Vienna.
She has several years of experience in coordinating projects in the fields of arts, education and culture, focusing on transcultural, participatory and anti-discriminatory practices. Next to her work in cultural management, she gained experience as a teacher for German as a foreign and second language and as a freelance lector.
At EDUCULT, she is responsible for the organisation and implementation of projects in the field of education, culture and the arts, as well as public relations.
