Sabrina Myriam Mohamed (she/her) works in research, outreach, and public relations at EDUCULT. She studied journalism and communication studies as well as gender studies at the University of Vienna. Her focus is on anti-discriminatory language and approaches, particularly at the intersection of gender and experiences of racism. She contributes this expertise to the design and implementation of participatory formats with adolescents and young adults, as well as to sensitivity readings. She is also a board member of the Austrian Roma and Romnja Student Union (HÖR), which has shaped her commitment to the field of remembrance culture. For her artistic work, she received the Mira Lobe Scholarship for Children’s Youth Literature and published the young adult novel “Komm Runter!” in 2023.
